To facilitate the very high volume of applications being processed, our telephone lines are open daily from 9am to 10am and 2pm to 4pm.

Appointments

If you are planning on visiting the Council Offices to submit an application for registration (or supporting documentation) or discuss registration, please note that an appointments service will be in effect from Monday, 11 July 2011.

The new appointments system will help ensure that:

• a staff member from the relevant section will be available to meet the visitor
• waiting times at reception will be minimal
• queries will be dealt with at the appointment and this may avoid the need to call a second time.
