The Teaching Council will host a Shared Learning Day on School Placement: Developing School – HEI Partnership, on Saturday 19 November 2016 in the Athlone Springs Hotel from 10.00am-4pm.
The event will include presentations from Higher Education Institutions, and their co-operating schools, on their approach to partnership. On the day, there will also be a presentation of the interim findings from school placement research commissioned by the Teaching Council.
A number of places are still available for the event and interested teachers can RSVP to education@teachingcouncil.ie on or before Wednesday 16 November 2016, and provide name, Teaching Council registration number, and email address. Registered teachers who attend may claim travel expenses from the Teaching Council
