FÉILTE 2017 was in the RDS, Dublin for its fifth year. It was a busy day with over 1,000 attendees. The keynote speakers for this year were Adam Harris and Joanne O'Riordan.

FÉILTE 2016 took place on Saturday, 1 October in the RDS, Dublin. Now in its fourth year, the day provided a platform for teachers to share their stories of innovation with each other and the public. It featured a mix of over 50 showcases and workshops spanning projects from across the education sector, demonstrating the innovation happening in teaching and learning in schools across the country. FÉILTE 2015, took place on Saturday 3 October in the RDS, Dublin. FÉILTE, the Festival of Education in Learning and Teaching Excellence, is a celebration of innovation in teaching. The theme of the event was "Sharing Teaching - Connecting Learning". The highlights video is available to view here.

On Saturday 4 October 2014, the Teaching Council marked UNESCO World Teachers' Day with FÉILTE, the Festival of Education in Learning and Teaching Excellence. The theme was "Talking about teaching: Tearing down the walls". FÉILTE 2014 featured a mix of over 50 showcases and workshops spanning projects from across the education sector, demonstrating the innovation happening in teaching and learning now. FÉILTE, the Festival of Education in Learning and Teaching Excellence, was held on Saturday 5 October 2013 and was a celebration of teaching which showcased the work of teachers who are leading innovative learning projects. The day provided a platform for teachers to lead each other in maximizing the use of innovation in their own professional practice for the benefit of their pupils and students.
