Top 3 reasons why the Droichead – Form Ds are being returned to Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs)

Droichead Form Ds must be submitted online via NQTs portal account on www.teachingcouncil.ie

The top three reasons why the Droichead Form Ds are returned to NQTs for correction are:

1. Missing pages - All five pages of the Joint Declaration form must be uploaded
2. Joint Declaration Form Incomplete - Page 5 of the Joint Declaration form must be dated and stamped and signed by the NQT and all PST members.
3. Old paper Form Ds  cannot be accepted - Upon completion of the Droichead process, NQTs should log in to their portal account and complete the Form D online.
