FÉILTE - Teaching in a Sustainable World
2 October 2021 – 10am to 4pm.
Available online, and around the world!
Applications for Showcases and Workshops are Now Open!
The closing date for applications is Thursday, 1 April 2021. Click here to apply!
The opening keynote speaker for this year’s FÉILTE is none other than Roddy Doyle, former teacher, co-founder of the Fighting Words charity, and author of 12 novels. He has written for TV, big screen and stage.  He has also written seven books for children, including The Giggler Treatment and Brilliant.

FÉILTE will take place online in 2021 (with a small studio audience if government guidelines permit) and will be available from the comfort of your own home, whether that’s in Brazil or Ballyhaunis!
We want you!
FÉILTE, the Festival of Education in Learning and Teaching Excellence, is a celebration of teaching and learning. It gives teachers the opportunity to collaborate and share their work with each other and with the wider public.
FÉILTE is ultimately about you showcasing your profession to the wider public. It is a great opportunity to engage with colleagues, and participate in wellbeing activities, whilst also benefitting from professional development. Attendance at FÉILTE may, at your principal’s discretion, be used towards your Croke Park hours.
