The Panel of the Disciplinary Committee determined that two allegations were proven, which related to two instances of physical contact with a 13-year-old student in 2018.
The Panel found that there had been professional misconduct and a breach of the Teaching Council’s Code of Conduct by the registered teacher.
The Panel decided to censure the registered teacher in writing.
