The Panel of the Disciplinary Committee, which held the inquiry, determined that the allegation was proven, which related to the conviction of the registered teacher of an offence triable on indictment, namely harassment contrary to Section 10(1) and (6) of the Non-Fatal Offences Against the Person Act, 1997.
The Panel decided to censure the registered teacher in writing.
